Özgür Özel's statement on jammers and Prime Ministry formula: 'The jammers were already in the inventory'

Özel made a striking statement regarding the elections.

Özel said, "If İmamoğlu continues to be kept inside during the upcoming process, we will transition to a parliamentary system after the election; Yavaş will be the President and İmamoğlu will be the Prime Minister."

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel explained that formula by saying 'if İmamoğlu continues to be kept inside':

"If İmamoğlu continues to be kept inside during the upcoming process, we as the CHP will not stop. I will get on the bus, and at the same time, Mansur Yavaş will be in another city. Our group deputy chairmen and our deputies will be in other cities. We will continue in this process."

"YAVAŞ WILL BE PRESIDENT..."

"If Ekrem İmamoğlu is kept inside, then we will win the election with 70 percent. In fact, the nation will then give us the majority to change the constitution in parliament. We will rapidly transition to a strengthened parliamentary system. Then, an impartial President will be elected. That impartial President will be the most important figure who has won the hearts of the nation. Mansur Yavaş will become President, we will return to the parliamentary system, and Ekrem İmamoğlu will become Prime Minister; Ekrem İmamoğlu will be at the head of the executive branch."

"WE DID NOT BUY THOSE JAMMERS"

Özgür Özel also spoke about the jammer controversy on the program. Özel said, "We did not buy the IMM's jammers; these jammers were already in the inventory. Before us, there was a jammer minibus in the IMM President's convoy."

CHP TAPED UP FOR KALIN!

Özel also approached the question regarding the taping of cameras from a different perspective and gave the following answer:

“İbrahim Kalın came to our party. I suppose there is no harm in hiding one's face! From the parking lot entrance to the elevator exit and the meeting room, they wanted to tape all our cameras at the CHP, and we gave permission; they taped them.”

Explaining another detail regarding the jammers, the CHP Chairman also spoke about President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Özel said, "On March 7, 2025, at the Eurasia Meeting Center, both all the cameras in the hall and the cameras on the floor where the office room where Erdoğan goes to rest is located were taped one by one by the protection team.

Whatever need the President uses a jammer for, our presidential candidate uses it for that same need," he said.
