CHP Chairman Özgür Özel addressed citizens from atop a bus in Kütahya as part of his election campaign. At the end of his speech, instead of raising the hand of CHP's Kütahya Mayoral Candidate Eyüp Kahveci, he raised the hand of Saadet Party Kütahya MP Ali Fazıl Kasap.
