Özgür Özel to reveal AKP's criminal complaints at group meeting: Following Özarslan's resignation

Özel is expected to announce the details of the criminal complaints filed by the Justice and Development Party regarding the period when Keçiören Mayor Mesut Özarslan, who resigned from the CHP, served as General Manager of PORTAŞ A.Ş. at his party's group meeting tomorrow. According to information received, 5 separate criminal complaints have been filed to date by politicians affiliated with the Justice and Development Party concerning Özarslan's tenure as General Manager of PORTAŞ A.Ş.

In the applications made by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality AKP Group Spokesperson Fatih Ünal, AKP Ankara Deputy Osman Gökçek, and former Mamak Mayor Murat Köse, Özarslan and PORTAŞ A.Ş. officials are accused of "rigging tenders" and "misconduct in office."

It has been learned that the criminal complaints concern issues such as tenders within the scope of the New Mamak Urban Transformation Project, tenders related to the construction of a monument in Hıdırlıktepe, and the acceptance of invalid work experience certificates.

It was learned that the CHP leader will draw attention to the contradiction in Özarslan's efforts to join the political party that has been accusing him while presenting these files.
