Özgür Özel visits Hikmet Çetin, who is undergoing treatment

CHP's elected Chairman Özgür Özel visited one of the party's former chairmen, Hikmet Çetin, at the hospital in Istanbul's Başakşehir district where he is receiving treatment.

Özel was accompanied during the visit by Esenyurt Mayor Ahmet Özer and former Party Assembly member Sinem Kırçiçek.

TREATMENT CONTINUES

Hikmet Çetin was hospitalized on October 8, 2025, due to a cold and was treated in intensive care for a period as a precaution. It was stated that Çetin's treatment at the hospital is ongoing.
