An investigation was recently launched into the couple Özlem Öz and Tayyar Öz, who have drawn attention with their luxurious lifestyle.
Within the scope of the investigation initiated by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for the crimes of 'establishing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime,' 'forgery of official documents,' 'violation of the Tax Procedure Law,' and 'laundering assets derived from illicit sources,' a decision was made to appoint trustees for 3 companies.
Journalist Emrullah Erdinç made striking claims, stating that the Öz couple is living in fear of being taken into custody.
'SHE INFORMED THE PROSECUTOR THAT SHE IS PREGNANT'
In his statement, Erdinç said, "You know that Özlem Öz is constantly trying to create a perception that 'we are fine, we are drinking our coffee,' but her lawyer said that she is experiencing fear. Her lawyer went before the prosecutor.
'When will my clients be taken into custody?' and 'They are waiting with the anxiety and fear of when they will be taken into custody every evening or early morning,' he said.
He also informed the prosecutor that Özlem Öz is pregnant and requested that if a detention procedure occurs, it should be evaluated accordingly" he stated.
