In footage recorded by surrounding security cameras, it was seen that a person crossing the pedestrian walkway noticed the bus losing control and, while trying to escape, was caught between the bus and an electric pole, losing their life. The bus also struck a motorcycle waiting at a red light, but the motorcycle driver managed to escape at the last moment.
