In the case regarding the extradition to Turkey of Eylem Tok, who smuggled her son Timur Cihantimur to the US after he caused the death of Oğuz Murat Aci while driving without a license in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul, on the night of March 1, the prosecutor requested in a draft text submitted to the judge that Tok be extradited to Turkey.
"THEY WILL COME EVENTUALLY"
Following the development in the Eylem Tok case, which is closely followed by the public, Oğuz Murat Aci's father Özer Aci stated in his remarks to 12punto, "They will come eventually anyway. They will certainly be extradited. Eylem Tok will come 100 percent," he said.
"THEY WILL ALSO EXTRADITE TIMUR CİHANTİMUR ON OCTOBER 15"
Pointing to Timur Cihantimur's hearing on October 15, father Özer Aci said, "I think they will most likely extradite Timur Cihantimur on October 15 as well."
"I TOLD HER TO TRUST JUSTICE"
Özer Aci concluded his words as follows:
"I have said this many times until today. She should not return to the country in handcuffs. I told her to trust justice. But unfortunately, she did not make that choice. She will inevitably come in handcuffs. It is her own choice.
She should face justice here. A hand cut by Sharia does not ache. She will serve the sentence she receives here as well. Justice will be served, I believe in this."
