Patrol flights by Turkish Armed Forces fighter jets in Yüksekova
It has been reported that there was aerial activity along the border line in the Yüksekova district of Hakkari on the 5th day of tensions between the US and Iran.
According to information obtained, it was observed that fighter jets belonging to the Turkish Armed Forces were conducting patrol flights in the regions along the district's border with Iran.
It is assessed that the aircraft, which were seen flying at intervals along the border line, were in the air as part of routine activities.
While no official statement has been made regarding the matter yet, local sources in the region reported that there were no negative incidents along the border line and that the situation was calm.
