"Two days ago in the Mezitli district of Mersin, a driver who got out of their vehicle to attack another driver, causing a traffic dendangering the safety of drivers C.T., M.T., H.T., M.T., C.T., and E.T. were apprehended by our Mersin Police Department teams.

With the 11th Judicial Package published in theOfficial Gazette, road blocking in traffic has been regulated as aseparate crime, and it has been enacted that a person who stops a vehicle or prevents it from moving through unlawful conduct shall be punished with imprisonment from 1 to 3 years.Furthermore;

According to the provision that will be included in the New Traffic Law Proposal for the first time;

penalties for those whoexit their vehiclefor the purpose of attacking have also been announced.to the driver who exits the vehicle to attack and blocks the road,

- 180 thousand TL in administrative fines,we will impose,

- We willsuspend their driver's license for 60 days andwe will
