Pervin Buldan involved in a traffic accident! DEM Party responds to 'assassination' speculation
The traffic accident involving DEM Party Imralı Delegation member Pervin Buldan in Italy raised questions about a possible assassination attempt. Party Spokesperson Ayşegül Doğan has issued a statement.
Following the assassination attempt on DEM Party member Sırrı Süreyya Önder on April 2, when a part was found in his vehicle—shortly before he lost his battle for life—it has now been learned that Pervin Buldan, who served alongside Önder on the DEM Party's Imralı Delegation, was involved in a traffic accident in Italy. The question of whether this was also an assassination attempt came to mind.
DEM Party Spokesperson Ayşegül Doğan clarified the matter.
'SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AN ASSASSINATION'
Doğan stated the following:
"Yes, it is true that there was a traffic accident, but this should not be considered an assassination attempt. The vehicle Buldan was in also contained Keskin Bayındır. It was an accident that occurred when our friend driving the vehicle mistakenly entered the wrong side of the road, and there was almost no material damage. In fact, they attended the program they were scheduled to go to on the same day."
