Photo of Cem Küçük and Semra Ilık sparks controversy: Her name appears in the 'IMM Exchange' file
A photograph has emerged showing journalist Cem Küçük, who personally stated on television that he was assigned a role during the March 19 process, alongside lawyer Semra Ilık, whose name appears in the 'IMM Exchange' file. The photo has raised questions in the public eye about whether there is a 'joint organization' involved.
In a statement regarding the period in question, Cem Küçük had said, "I had a duty to ensure that the MASAK reports and the IMM file were known to the public."
On the other hand, Semra Ilık was among those detained in the investigation conducted over allegations of "assassination preparations" targeting Aziz İhsan Aktaş.
Ten people, including lawyers Cem Duman and Semra Ilık, were arrested on charges of "threats," "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes," and "obtaining benefits for an unauthorized act."
The emergence of the photo of Küçük and Ilık has brought to the fore allegations that there may be a connection to the investigation file.
