Pickup truck flies into middle school courtyard!
In Gaziantep, a pickup truck whose driver lost control flew into a school courtyard. The fact that students were in class prevented a disaster.
The accident occurred in the Fırat neighborhood of Şahinbey district.
According to the information obtained, the pickup truck with license plate 21 GJ 558, driven by Yahya B. (37), went out of control after the driver lost steering control and flew from a height of approximately 30 meters into the backyard of Mareşal Fevzi Çakmak Middle School.
Following the accident, numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
The fact that the students were in class during the accident prevented a major disaster.
The pickup truck driver, Yahya B., who was injured in the accident, was taken to Gaziantep City Hospital after the initial intervention by medical teams at the scene.
An investigation into the accident has been initiated.
