THE OWNER WALKED INTO THE LIQUOR STORE LAUGHING
Özer stated that on the day of the incident, the kiosk owner and 3-4 other people were standing between the restaurant and the liquor store, and described what he experienced as follows:
"I saw the dog, but they were holding its leash. Of course, I wasn't very sure, and I didn't think they would let it go. He gave the command to 'hold.' I didn't account for the dog jumping on me so quickly. We started struggling on the ground with the dog. He and the people with him walked into the liquor store laughing. They closed the shutter; he didn't help in any way."
Stating that there was no hostility between him and the dog owner, Özer expressed that he wants the authorities to ensure the animal's owner is punished.
