Prepared by a FETÖ-detained prosecutor! They have been in prison for 800 days due to the February 28 case...

Retired generals Çetin Doğan (83), Fevzi Türkeri (82), Yıldırım Türker (82), Cevat Temel Özkaynak (78), and Erol Özkasnak (77), who were imprisoned following an indictment prepared by former prosecutor Mustafa Bilgili—who is currently detained for FETÖ links—have been in prison for 800 days.

Last year, families who rebelled against this injustice in a video prepared by Kırmızı Kedi Publishing House addressed the public with the following words:

"I am Nilgül Doğan, wife of 82-year-old retired General Çetin Doğan. Turkey is at a major crossroads; let us see whether Turkey will take a stand in favor of rights, law, and justice, or in favor of fabricated conspiracy cases. This is, in fact, the future of Turkey.

I am Gülay Türkeri, wife of 81-year-old retired General Fevzi Türkeri. The February 28 case, like all other conspiracy cases, was constructed on forged documents.

I am Reyhan Özkasnak, wife of retired Major General Erol Özkasnak. We are urgently and hopefully awaiting the Constitutional Court to issue a ruling on the violation of rights and a stay of execution based on the new evidence that has emerged.

I am Tolga Türker, son of 81-year-old retired Lieutenant General Yıldırım Türker. The February 28 case is a trial in which the most fundamental universal rules of law were not applied.

I am Nil Özkaynak, daughter of retired Major General Cevat Temel Özkaynak. As a result of a conspiracy case opened by a FETÖ-linked prosecutor—who is still in prison—using fabricated evidence, the life sentences handed down to my father and his 13 comrades-in-arms have turned into a trial of vengeance where exculpatory evidence was not evaluated."
