President Erdoğan departs from the US
AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has departed from New York, USA, where he had arrived to attend the 79th United Nations (UN) General Assembly and hold various meetings.
Following the completion of his meetings, President Erdoğan and his wife, Emine Erdoğan, left the Turkish House (Türkevi) to head to John F. Kennedy International Airport.
President Erdoğan and his delegation arrived at the airport and departed from the US for Turkey on the private aircraft "CAN" at 00:40 TSI.
President Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan, who were seen off by officials, were accompanied by Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, National Intelligence Organization (MİT) Director İbrahim Kalın, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, and Chief Advisor to the President on Foreign Policy and Security Akif Çağatay Kılıç, all of whom also departed from the US.
