President Erdoğan holds meeting with Pezeshkian

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone call with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.

The meeting addressed bilateral relations between Turkey and Iran, regional developments, and global issues.

President Erdoğan stated that the agreement reached between Iran and the US is satisfying. Erdoğan expressed that Turkey will provide all necessary support to ensure the process concludes with peace.

Erdoğan also emphasized the importance of being cautious against those who wish to sabotage the negotiations.

During the meeting, President Erdoğan drew attention to the importance of steps that will strengthen regional peace in the new era and stated that Turkey will continue to work in this direction.

President Erdoğan also noted that they will continue to take steps to improve commercial, financial, and energy cooperation between Turkey and Iran.
