President Erdoğan holds phone call with Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan
AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone call with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
In a post shared on the Communications Directorate's social media account, it was stated: "During the call, Prime Minister Pashinyan congratulated our President on the occasion of the recent Eid al-Adha; on this occasion, the normalization process of Turkey-Armenia bilateral relations and regional issues were also discussed.
President Erdoğan stated that the normalization between Turkey and Armenia continues with steps aimed at initiating direct trade.
President Erdoğan emphasized that Turkey is making efforts for peace and stability in our region and that we will always support the steps to be taken in this direction."
