Erdoğan, who arrived at Atatürk Airport on the "TUR" aircraft, was welcomed by Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, and other officials.
Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, Head of the National Intelligence Organization (MİT) İbrahim Kalın, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, and Chief Advisor to the President on Foreign Policy and Security Akif Çağatay Kılıç also returned to the country with President Erdoğan.
