Presidential decrees published in the Official Gazette
It has been decided to urgently expropriate certain immovable properties in Çankırı, Gaziantep, Hatay, and Konya for the construction of energy transmission lines, while the boundaries and coordinates of the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and Turkish-German University Technology Development Zone have been modified.
According to the presidential decrees published in the Official Gazette, certain immovable properties in Çankırı, Gaziantep, Hatay, and Konya will be urgently expropriated by the General Directorate of the Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation (TEDAŞ) for the purpose of constructing energy transmission lines.
The boundaries and coordinates of the area belonging to the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and Turkish-German University Technology Development Zone, located in the Fener neighborhood of the central district of Rize, have also been modified.
The decision in question was issued within the scope of Article 4 of the Technology Development Zones Law No. 4691.
