Press release from A101 regarding Tanju Özcan: Statements that do not bind our company

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel had stated at a rally held in Bolu that A101 had called them and expressed that they were not complainants.

Public Information

It has been observed that claims have appeared in some media outlets recently suggesting that A101 has filed a complaint against Tanju Özcan. A need has arisen to inform the public about the matter.

Our company has no complaints regarding the current investigation. However, necessary investigations are being conducted regarding the statements of one of our employees, which do not bind our company and the details of which we are unaware of, concerning a period when they worked at another supermarket chain.

We are following the developments that have come to the agenda as they are reflected to the public.

As A101, with the responsibility of being one of Turkey's most widespread retail chains, we will continue to work with a belief sensitive to the needs of respect for the society we are in, compliance with the law, and solidarity.
