Price hikes for meals at the Turkish Parliament
Prices for food served at the Members' Restaurant, Garden Restaurant, and cafeterias in the Turkish Parliament have been increased by between 50 and 100 percent.
A 55 percent price hike has been applied to hot meals at the Members' Restaurant in the main building of the Turkish Parliament.
The cover charge has been increased from 6 liras to 8 liras.
Soup has been set at 23 liras, salad and cacık at 15 liras each, artichokes in olive oil at 82 TL, and meat dishes at 100 TL.
In the cafeteria at the Public Relations Building, the price of a mixed pizza has risen from 100 TL to 200 TL, french fries from 30 TL to 50 TL, and a grilled cheese sandwich from 40 TL to 80 TL.
At the Garden Restaurant, döner has been set at 290 TL, chicken at 150 TL, and pitas at 200-225 TL.
