Private jet attempting to land at Atatürk Airport veers off the runway!
A Cessna-type private jet arriving from Bodrum to Istanbul veered off the runway while landing at Atatürk Airport.
A Cessna-type private jet with tail registration TC-ART, belonging to Mavi Gök Havacılık, veered off the runway and became stuck in the grassy area while landing at Atatürk Airport.
There were no passengers on board, and the two pilots escaped the accident without injury. The aircraft sustained material damage following the incident.
State Airports Authority (DHMİ) teams recovered the aircraft from where it was stuck and reopened the runway to air traffic.
