Decisions regarding the promotion of judges and prosecutors have been published in the Official Gazette.
Decisions by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) containing the lists of names of judicial judges, chief public prosecutors, prosecutors, and administrative judges who have completed their service periods at various levels have been published in the Official Gazette.
The HSK decisions included lists of names of judicial and administrative judges, as well as chief public prosecutors and prosecutors of various levels, who have completed their terms by the end of the April 2025 period and have been approved for promotion.
The same decision also published lists of names of judicial and administrative judges, as well as chief public prosecutors and prosecutors, who were promoted to the first degree as of April 30, 2025, and were subject to review for first-class status effective from that date. The list included the names of 212 judges and 147 prosecutors in the judicial judiciary, and 22 judges in the administrative judiciary.
Those who have completed their service periods but do not see their names on this list may submit a written application to the HSK within 30 days to request a review of their status.
