Prosecutor seeks 12-year prison sentence in Adnan Oktar case

The prosecutor's opinion was announced in the ongoing case regarding the organization's structure, which alleges that organization leader Adnan Oktar continued his organizational activities while in prison, specifically attempting to keep the organization alive and recruit new members through lawyers.
The prosecution requested that defendant Oktar be sentenced to up to 12 years in prison for the crime of 'establishing and managing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes'.
