According to the report by Bülent Ecevit from Cumhuriyet, it was noted that Katırcı was among the guests at the iftar program hosted by the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.
At the program, it was observed that Katırcı was seated at the table where Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Cansel Çevikkol Tuncer was also present, separate from the table of Deputy Mayor Büşra Özdemir.
STATEMENT FROM CHP: HIS ATTENDANCE SURPRISED US TOO
A statement regarding the matter was also issued by the CHP Antalya Provincial Organization. The statement included the following remarks: “Our municipality sent out institutional invitations in accordance with the protocol order. The attendance of the prosecutor surprised us as well. Our municipality showed the necessary hospitality to the guest.”
It was learned that the first hearing of the case filed against Muhittin Böcek will be held tomorrow.
