The Public Employer side has applied to the arbitration board regarding the civil servant salary increase.
Negotiations regarding the salary increase for public employees have stalled. Unions, stating that the ministry's latest offer was also unacceptable, brought the arbitration board to the agenda.
While Memur-Sen had announced its decision not to go to the arbitration board, a new move has come from the Public Employer side.
The Public Employer Delegation has submitted its application to the Public Officials Arbitration Board within the framework of the 8th Term Collective Agreement.
