Published in the Official Gazette: Sinan Oğan establishes a foundation with 1 million TL

Sinan Oğan, who previously made headlines with his luxury cars and who supported AKP Chairman and People's Alliance candidate Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the second round of the 2023 Presidential elections with the slogan "Stick to the plan," has established a foundation.

An announcement from the General Directorate of Foundations, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, was published in the Official Gazette. It was announced that Sinan Oğan has established the Turkey International Relations, Education and Strategic Research Foundation (TÜRKSAM VAKFI) in Ankara.

The purpose of the foundation, which was established with 1 million TL in assets, was stated as follows:

"To conduct strategic research in the fields of education, economy, energy, culture, tourism, art, history, politics, law, technology, health, environment, and social services, to the extent permitted by relevant legislation both domestically and abroad; to ensure the production and sharing of knowledge in this context, and to realize the other objectives written in the foundation charter."
