Published in the Official Gazette: Tender ban on 2 Dubai-based companies
According to the notices published in the March 1, 2024 issue of the Official Gazette, the Ministry of Energy has imposed a ban on 2 foreign firms based in Dubai from participating in tenders.
The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has imposed a 2-year ban on two foreign firms based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from participating in tenders.
According to the notices published in today's issue of the Official Gazette, the companies MI Gulf Services LLC and C1 Water Industries LLC, both based in Dubai, which participated in a tender organized by the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO), have been banned from participating in all public tenders for a period of 2 years.
MI Gulf Services operates in deepwater, offshore, and onshore drilling operations, while C1 Water Industries LLC operates in the production of specialized chemicals used in drilling fluids.
