Reaction from Ayşe Bülbül, mother of Eren Bülbül, to the PKK's dissolution decision! 'Let the weapons truly be laid down'

Our children were martyred and taken from us. I had 13 children, but while I was raising them in a shack, I never got enough of their scent. I long for the scent of my children. If I had known it would turn out like this, I would never have let them out of my sight. If the PKK is going to lay down its weapons and there will be no more martyrs, if more 'Erens' will not be martyred, then as a mother of a martyr, we give our approval to this. Let no one cry anymore. Nothing could destroy me. The pain of Eren finished me. I give my approval so that more 'Erens' are not martyred and no mother named Ayşe cries. What will happen if they intimidate us by saying there will be no more martyrs? If they are going to completely lay down their weapons, then let us give our approval," she said.

Stating that she does not believe the PKK will lay down its weapons, Ayşe Bülbül said, "They should have laid them down years ago. There should have been no martyrs at all. What was Eren's crime or sin? Let no mother cry, let no father shed tears. If they lay down their weapons with all their heart and unite with us, of course, as a mother of a martyr, I would give my approval. But what if they lead us into a trap, saying 'yes, we are laying down our weapons,' and then continue? Who will we ask for the answer to this question? Those who stand behind them will not lay down their weapons easily. They will not stop martyring our martyrs. There were 17 bullets in Eren's body. What was his crime or sin? I do not believe they will lay them down. They will say they are laying them down to intimidate us, but they won't actually do it. I have lost the light of my eyes. There is no reasoning with their treachery. I do not expect them to lay them down. Let them lay them down so that Erens, Ahmets, and Mehmets are not martyred. If they were going to lay them down, why didn't they send back the children of the mothers in Diyarbakır? I have given one of my children as a martyr, and I am ready to give them all," she expressed.
