Reaction from YENİ Party to the summary of proceedings
YENİ Party Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır made a statement regarding the summaries of proceedings prepared against their Chairman Özel and Malatya MP Ağbaba.
Ali Mahir Başarır stated that the publications regarding the content of the summaries of proceedings prepared against Chairman Özgür Özel and Malatya MP Veli Ağbaba are contrary to the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, and called on the Parliament to take a stance.
Başarır said, "If we set aside the presumption of innocence, the Constitution, and the Rules of Procedure even once, we will not be able to stop this."
