Academic Emrah Gülsunar, who was arrested on charges of inciting to commit a crime, appeared before a judge for the first time today in the case against him.
It was recalled that Gülsunar was arrested on October 13 on allegations of committing the crime of "publicly inciting to commit a crime" due to a poll he shared on the X platform.
At the first hearing held at the Istanbul 51st Criminal Court of First Instance, the court panel ruled for Gülsunar's release.
