In the 7th hearing of the Newborn Gang case held today at the Bakırköy 22nd High Criminal Court, the court announced its interim decision. The court ordered the release of the defendants, Dr. Mehmet Gürül and nurses Sümeyye Nur Taşçı and Cansu Akyıldırım.
RELEASE DECISION AND NEXT HEARING DATE
The court ruled that the detention of the defendants should not continue and ordered the release of the three defendants. The next hearing date for the Newborn Gang case was set for March 24, 2026.
