Rental support for urban transformation increased

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced that the monthly rental support provided to citizens in Istanbul whose homes are undergoing urban transformation has been increased. 

Starting in 2025, rental assistance in Istanbul will increase from 5,500 TL to 8,000 TL.

HERE ARE THE RENTAL AMOUNTS BY PROVINCE 

Minister Kurum stated that the increase in rental assistance will also cover other provinces and provided the following information:

Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, İzmir: Increased from 4,500 TL to 6,500 TL,

Other metropolitan cities: Increased from 3,750 TL to 5,500 TL,

All remaining provinces: Increased from 3,000 TL to 4,500 TL.

Attending the ceremony held at the Güngören Exhibition Center, Kurum participated in the lottery draw for 768 residences in Güngören, the demolition of 456 residences in Üsküdar, and the groundbreaking ceremony for 365 residences in Bağcılar.
