Requested sentence in Ayşe Tokyaz murder case announced
In the case regarding the murder of Ayşe Tokyaz in Küçükçekmece, an aggravated life sentence is being requested for the defendant, Cemil Koç.
The indictment prepared as part of the investigation into the murder of university student Ayşe Tokyaz by former police officer Cemil Koç in Küçükçekmece has been completed.
Regarding the murder of 22-year-old Tokyaz, whose body was found on the side of a road in Eyüpsultan, an aggravated life sentence is being requested for Koç for the crime of 'Premeditated Murder of a Woman with Monstrous Feeling and Torture'.
Additionally, a prison sentence of 4 to 15 years is being requested for the crimes of 'Deprivation of Liberty by Using Force, Threat, or Deception' and 'Blackmail'.
The Küçükçekmece 2nd High Criminal Court has accepted the prepared indictment, and the trial process has officially begun.
