Restaurant scandal in Bolu: Hair found in soup shocks customer
A restaurant customer in Bolu filed a complaint, claiming they found hair and animal parts in their 'kelle paça' (lamb head and trotter) soup. The customer stated they were unable to drink the soup and that the restaurant took no steps to rectify the situation.
According to a post on the X account of 'denetle!', one of Turkey's digital inspection platforms, a customer who ordered 'kelle paça' soup at a soup restaurant in Bolu found hair and animal parts in their bowl.
When the customer reported the situation to restaurant officials, they were told that the soup contains animal products and that this should be considered normal.

The customer stated that they could not drink the soup and that they were not even offered a replacement, saying, 'We couldn't drink the soups because our stomachs were turned; they didn't even offer to change them, they just said it's animal-based.' They also expressed that they were forced to pay a total of 360 TL for the soups they could not drink.
