Results of the first poll on Kılıçdaroğlu's desk revealed

As the crisis over 'absolute nullity' within the CHP and calls for an extraordinary convention continue, it has been learned that Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and his administration, who were brought to the helm of the party by a court decision, have conducted a public opinion poll.

According to a report by Mustafa Bildircin from Birgün, it was stated that remarkable results emerged in the first poll commissioned by the CHP Headquarters. In assessments regarding the poll, it was claimed that the results "reflect the public's reaction to the absolute nullity."

In the first poll presented to Kılıçdaroğlu, it was noted that the CHP's vote share has declined by 6 points compared to March 2024. CHP sources, in their own assessments, expressed the view that the vote share could fall below the 30 percent level.

ELECTORAL THRESHOLD DEBATE ON THE AGENDA

CHP members supporting Özgür Özel reiterated their warnings that if the political path continues with a new party, the CHP under Kılıçdaroğlu's administration could remain below the electoral threshold.

CHP Headquarters sources, however, argued that the decline in the vote share was due to a "heated reaction." Stating that the votes would rise again as the process progresses and "normalization begins," aides close to Kılıçdaroğlu commented, "CHP voters do not abandon their party."
