Revaluation rate in the Official Gazette: Taxes, fines, and fees to increase by 25.49 percent
The revaluation rate that will be effective in 2026 has been published in the Official Gazette. According to the decision, taxes and fees will see a 25.49 percent increase in January 2026.
The General Communiqué on the Tax Procedure Law, prepared by the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, has been published in the Official Gazette.
The communiqué stated that, in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law, the revaluation rate is the average price increase rate in the domestic producer price index of the Turkish Statistical Institute compared to the same period of the previous year in October of the year in which the revaluation is to be made (including October), and that this rate must be announced by the Ministry in the Official Gazette.
In this context, it was noted that the revaluation rate for 2025 has been determined as 25.49 percent.
The regulation also reported that previously published communiqués on this subject remain in effect.
