The Revenue Administration (GİB) has announced that the force majeure status for taxpayers in 4 provinces and 2 districts affected by the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes has been extended until November 30.

In a statement on the Revenue Administration (GİB) website, it was reported that those who had tax registration in the provinces affected by the disaster as of the date of the earthquake are considered to be in a state of force majeure.
"EXTENSION DEEMED APPROPRIATE"
The statement, which noted that the deadline for filing tax returns and notifications has also been postponed from this date until the end of the force majeure period, included the following: "It has been deemed appropriate to extend the force majeure status for taxpayers in Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya, as well as the İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep, until the end of Saturday, November 30, 2024."
