As reported by Duvar; Ministry of Environment officials described the gravity of the situation with the words, "There are thousands of buildings in Istanbul that would collapse if 20 people leaned against them."

Noting that it is significant that nearly 500 billion dollars in resources have been allocated to the medium-term budget for the urban transformation process in Istanbul despite economic difficulties, officials explain that the "Half is on Us Campaign" is also a massive opportunity for this transformation.

It is noted that if the funds paid under TOKİ's "Half is on Us Campaign" are transferred, TOKİ will also carry out work for the renewal of housing complexes consisting of 150-200 units.
