Ruşen Gültekin's 'I cannot stomach this' outburst: He died before justice was served

He died of natural causes. Despite the hundreds of crimes he committed, justice was not served. He got away with what he did. I cannot stomach this."
Following the death of terrorist ringleader Fethullah Gülen, 12punto columnist and lawyer Mehmet Ruşen Gültekin made a statement on his personal account on the social media platform X. In his post, Gültekin expressed his feelings regarding Gülen passing away without being put on trial.
"HE GOT AWAY WITH WHAT HE DID"
In his message, Gültekin stated, "We could not bring him to Turkey and put him on trial. He died of natural causes. Despite the hundreds of crimes he committed, justice was not served. He got away with what he did. I cannot stomach this."

Fethullah Gülen was the leader of FETÖ, which attempted a coup in 2016. Gülen, who was not extradited to Turkey by the US, was living in Pennsylvania.
While Gülen's death was confirmed by organization sources close to him, no official statement has yet been made by official Republic of Turkey sources regarding the matter.
