Russia's statement on 'raid on passenger plane from Israel': Result of external interference
Kremlin Spokesperson Peskov stated that Putin will hold a comprehensive meeting regarding the events at the airport in Dagestan, saying, "It is well known and obvious that the events that took place yesterday at Makhachkala Airport were the result of external interference."
Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov made statements to journalists regarding the scuffle that occurred yesterday between protesters and security forces at Makhachkala Airport in the Republic of Dagestan, a federal subject of Russia, due to a plane arriving from Israel.
Stating that Putin has been informed about the events by the relevant units in Russia, Peskov said that a comprehensive meeting regarding the incidents will be held this evening, which will be attended by Russian government officials and members of the Russian Security Council.

''VERY EASY TO PROVOKE''
Peskov stated that the scuffle in Dagestan was provoked from the outside, saying, "It is well known and obvious that the events that took place yesterday at Makhachkala Airport were largely the result of external interference."
Saying that what is happening in Gaza also affects people, Peskov added, "With television footage showing the horror of what is happening in the Gaza Strip, the deaths of people, children, the elderly, and health workers, it is very easy for malicious people to exploit and provoke the situation."
While the situation at Makhachkala Airport was brought under control following yesterday's scuffle, it was reported that 20 people were injured in the events.
