A sad day for the CHP: Former İzmir deputy passes away
It has been reported that former CHP İzmir Deputy Selçuk Ayhan has passed away at the hospital where he was receiving treatment for high blood sugar.
Selçuk Ayhan, a former CHP İzmir deputy who served as the CHP İzmir Provincial Chair for many years, has passed away at Ege University Hospital, where he was receiving treatment.
It was learned that Ayhan lost his life due to a spike in blood sugar. The news of Ayhan's death was announced by CHP Spokesperson Deniz Yücel.
In his post, Yücel stated, "We have lost our former İzmir Provincial Chair and İzmir Deputy, Mr. Selçuk Ayhan. I wish God's mercy upon our chairman, who served our party for many years with his gentlemanly personality and kindness, and patience to his relatives and loved ones. My condolences to our organization..."
