64 PERCENT INCREASE APPLIED

"The 28th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement, covering the 2-year period between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, has been signed between Turkish Airlines A.O. and the Hava-İş Union.
In the signed 28th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement, it has been agreed that for the first six months of 2024, a 64% salary increase will be applied; for the second six months, an increase will be applied based on the rate of change calculated by comparing the Consumer Price Index for Turkey as of June 2024 to the index as of December 2023, with an additional 10% of that rate of change; and for the first and second six months of 2025, salary increases will be applied by adding 10% of the calculated rate of change for the respective periods to the index numbers.
As stated in our Special Situation Disclosure dated 01.03.2024, in determining the retroactive salary differences up to 01.01.2024, a set-off process will be carried out by taking into account the 50% increase rate applied effective from February."
