Scathing remarks from Atilla Taş to İmamoğlu! 'You are very cunning, devious, and insincere, Ekrem!'

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, in an interview with journalists, pointed out that he has never lost an election within the CHP and said the following;

"I have been a member of the CHP for 15 years. I am a member who has served as a member, district chair, won a district mayoral election, and won two consecutive IMM elections, and, if I may be so bold, has never lost an election. Therefore, no one can call my CHP membership into question."

Singer Atilla Taş reacted sharply to these words from İmamoğlu. Quoting the video in which İmamoğlu spoke, Taş used the following expressions;

"You are a CHP member but you have never lost an election, is that so? You were at all the rallies. On election night, you came out and deceived us all by saying 'we are winning!' But the only losers were Kılıçdaroğlu and you? You always won, is that so? You are very cunning, devious, and insincere, Ekrem!"
