Seçil Erzan's text messages with Fatih Terim's wife, Fulya Terim, revealed! 'I might have surprises...'

The fraud case in which former Denizbank branch manager Seçil Erzan collected money from many people in the sports and business worlds under the name of the 'Fatih Terim Fund' with promises of high returns continues to remain on the agenda. An expert report has been prepared for the case that Turkey is talking about.

In the 553-page expert report prepared by examining the broken phone and SIM card of Seçil Erzan, who faces up to 226 years in prison, and submitted to the Istanbul 41st High Criminal Court, Erzan's text messages with Fatih Terim's wife, Fulya Terim, were revealed.

"FULYA HANIM, I MIGHT HAVE SURPRISES LIKE THIS FROM TIME TO TIME"

The report states that on January 24, 2023, a message was sent to Fulya Terim regarding a foreign currency sale transaction amounting to 16 thousand dollars, and that Erzan sent a message saying, ''I had it sent to your account, Fulya Hanım, we might have such partial surprises from time to time :)'', to which Terim replied, ''Hahahahahahahaha''.

The messages from January 26, 2023, were included as follows:

Seçil Erzan: I discussed a matter with Nur abla, she will talk to you today; if we can do that, we will have received a very, very large amount.

Fulya Terim: Ok, I will talk.

Erzan: I don't know how we will do it, but no one else but you can do it.

Terim: Okay dear, Nur is coming, we will talk. Can you please let me know when the transfer happens?

Erzan: Fulya abla, if the other bank cannot prepare it, let's do it from here.

Terim: I am waiting for news.

MUSLERA'S MESSAGES ALSO REVEALED

Furthermore, the report included Erzan's messages with Fernando Muslera on February 9 and 20, 2023, as follows:

Muslera: I don't know if you are aware, but I got injured in the last match. That's why I am flying abroad tomorrow and will return in 2 weeks. That's why I am expecting Merto and you at my house tonight for the first payment and the payment. I will receive the second and third payments when I return to Istanbul, so maybe I can get more in 2 weeks.

Erzan: Good morning :)

Muslera: Hello Seçil, I called Merto, he told me he was in a meeting, but I need to know what time he will come with the money today. Please.

Erzan: Hello Nando, today is Monday. All day meeting, we will come to you at 8 o'clock. It's just that Monday is a busy day, no problem. We are coming to you at 8 o'clock.

Muslera: Okay, super.

NO MESSAGES WITH EMRE BELÖZOĞLU

On the other hand, the expert report stated that Seçil Erzan's text messages with Fatih Terim's daughter, Buse Terim Bahçekapılı, were not related to the subject of the case, and that there were no text messages with Emre Belözoğlu, nor was he even saved in her contacts.

The expert report also noted that Erzan sent a message to Fatih Terim's son-in-law, Volkan Bahçekapılı, on February 27, 2023, saying, ''Volkan bey, we have also paid the remaining amount, I wanted to inform you.''

Meanwhile, in the first hearing of the case held on November 20, it was ruled that Erzan's detention would continue, and the hearing was adjourned to January 12.
