A funeral ceremony was held in Mersin for Sezen Taş, the daughter of singer Atilla Taş. The 34-year-old Taş, who lost her life after falling from the balcony of her home on the 14th floor of the building where she lived in the Erdemli district, was laid to rest at the Mezitli Cemetery.
A wreath with the name of Sedat Peker written on it drew attention at the funeral ceremony of Sezen Taş, a mother of two. Family members and loved ones attended the ceremony.
Atilla Taş, who hugged his daughter's coffin and shed tears, was seen crying out, "My father, I have come, my father." Relatives tried to console Taş, who had difficulty standing.
Sezen Taş's mother, İlkay Sarıköse, was also unable to hold back her tears at the ceremony. Following the funeral prayer, Sezen Taş's body was laid to rest at the Mezitli Cemetery.
