Seizure move against the municipality from Aziz İhsan Aktaş!
It has been alleged that Aziz İhsan Aktaş, who has become a key figure in operations targeting CHP-run municipalities, has initiated a 430 million TL seizure against the Beşiktaş Municipality through his own company.
A new claim has emerged regarding Aziz İhsan Aktaş, who was arrested following an operation conducted on the Beşiktaş Municipality but was later released after benefiting from effective remorse provisions.
It is alleged that Aktaş sent a seizure order to the Beşiktaş Municipality through his company, Bilginay Temizlik Hizmetleri Yemekçilik. The seizure process reportedly demands the collection of a 430 million TL receivable.
As is known, a "corruption" operation was conducted against the CHP-run Beşiktaş Municipality as part of an investigation into a criminal organization for which Aktaş was alleged to be the "ringleader," and Mayor Rıza Akpolat had been arrested.
According to information reported by journalist Tuğba Özer, Aktaş, who was accused of being the "leader of a criminal organization" in the investigation, initiated seizure proceedings against the Beşiktaş Municipality through his company after being released by benefiting from effective remorse.
