Selçuk Özdağ complains about Minister Kurum to his fellow citizens in Muğla: 'He doesn't even deign to respond'

Selçuk Özdağ had brought the exorbitant housing prices in Muğla and the increase in the time it takes for citizens to become homeowners from 6.6 years to 19.3 years to the agenda of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).

Özdağ had submitted a parliamentary question on February 11, 2025, regarding the exorbitant housing prices in Muğla, with the request that it be answered by the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum.

In a post on his social media account, Özdağ stated that Kurum did not respond to the parliamentary question and shared the following:

"I AM COMPLAINING TO YOU"

"My fellow citizens of Muğla, I am complaining to you about the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Mr. Murat Kurum, and his deputies. I brought the exorbitant housing prices in Muğla and the increase in the time it takes for our citizens to become homeowners from 6.6 years to 19.3 years to the agenda of the TBMM.

However, Mr. Murat does not even deign to respond to our questions! You cannot escape by remaining silent while the housing crisis deepens. We will continue to fight for our nation's right to shelter."
