Senior appointments at Boyner Group: Bülent Dölek becomes CEO of Hopi

Boyner Group has made senior-level appointments to its management team. According to the company's statement, Bülent Dölek has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hopi, while Yasemin Asar has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources (CHRO) at Boyner Group and Deputy General Manager responsible for Operations and Organizational Development at Boyner Department Stores.

BÜLENT DÖLEK

A graduate of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Dölek completed his master's degree in Engineering Management at ITU. Starting his career at Migros in 1997, Dölek held significant positions in various sectors with his expertise in retail and data-driven strategies. After serving as both an Executive Board Member and Sales Operations Director at g2m, he began his management consulting career in 2014. Following four years of consulting experience for the retail sector at leading companies such as Accenture and McKinsey, he managed the omni-channel transformation process as Deputy CEO at LC Waikiki. Most recently serving as the General Manager of Quick Commerce at Yemeksepeti, Dölek will lead Hopi with his knowledge in digital transformation and data-driven business models.

YASEMİN ASAR

A graduate of Istanbul University's Department of International Relations, Yasemin Asar began her career at Boyner Group in 1998. In 2015, she served as the Deputy General Manager responsible for logistics, IT, and human resources operations at A&Y Marka Mağazacılık. In 2020, she moved to Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group, where she led transformation projects in the fields of human resources, process development, and technology.
