Actress Sevinç Erbulak, in a post on her social media account, harshly criticized the police intervention that young people were subjected to during a protest. Erbulak expressed her reaction with the words, 'That protest is not illegal, but every kind of bullying you and others inflict on those young people is illegal!'
Sevinç Erbulak’s post was made in response to a video shared by journalist Serkan Ocak, which captured a dialogue between a police officer and a young protester during a demonstration. In the footage, a young person is seen saying to the police, 'I beg you, it hurts so much!', while the police officer responds by saying, 'The protest being held here is illegal, why are you here?'
In her message, Erbulak emphasized that the young people are struggling for a better future, stating, 'That young person is there so that your child, too, can have a better future.'
